1) where the go kart was stored,
2) what it has been used for,
3) how long the seller has had it,
4) and what alterations have been made to it.
If any of these questions are not included in the go cart’s description, sellers are usually more than willing to provide you with answers to questions you might have. Some online sites (such as amazon.com), provide the sellers’ e-mail addresses to facilitate the communication between you, the potential buyer, and that particular go cart’s seller.
Also, some sellers will pay for shipping while others won’t. Keep that in mind when considering the total cost of a used go kart. Where safety is concerned, driver/passenger seat belt(s) for the driver and passenger and a strong frame with an overhead cage are some basic parts of the go cart that you should pay particular attention to in order to minimize potential injury.
